Store Customer Service Specialist - Part Time $19/hr (Bilingual Spanish) – Pacific Beach Location: Store 708547, 1220 Garnet Ave, San Diego, CA 92109 Base pay range: $19.00/hr This PART TIME role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and achieving store sales goals while maintaining high quality and visual standards. A criminal history review may be conducted to protect the business and its customers. Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures Support achievement of sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work order files and inventory records Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse Tint and mix products to customer specifications as needed Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Comply with inventory control procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship Must be able to read, write, understand English and Spanish Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED One year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience Experience selling paint and paint-related products Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment About Us
