Overview
Oversee the day to day scheduling, tracking, and verification of distribution orders.
Work alongside cross-functional teams, supporting and executing ordering deliverables assets (video/audio/timed text) for internal stakeholders and 3rd party clients/vendors.
Monitor all milestone and delivery due dates, update schedules, issue alerts if schedules are falling behind, and report status throughout final delivery.
Assist in tracking the creation of servicing elements for internal use.
Ensure all information and metadata is available in inventory & tracking system.
Create purchase orders for distribution services, reconcile invoices for final approval and payment.
Demonstrate working knowledge of digital archival principles, collection management, migration and preservation.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and understanding of episodic and movie distribution servicing workflows.
Knowledgeable of Audio/Video containers, codecs, and file formats.
Strong, working understanding of domestic and localized international versioning (multiple languages, version control).
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
