We are seeking a dynamic Japanese-English bilingual B2B Marketing Strategist with a strong background in marketing and PR strategy and execution to boost customer acquisition and lead generation.
The successful candidate will enhance the Pasona N A brand, develop and execute innovative marketing strategy, optimize our marketing funnel management, and deliver effective communications both internally and externally. This position requires close collaboration with other departments, including Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations, IT, R&D and Corporate Planning, to fully understand our culture, services, and communication goals.
Responsibilities include:
Design B2B marketing strategy and campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and lead generation.
Create and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Pasona N A brand.
Optimize a mix of online and offline marketing tactics including website, webinar, email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and events to reach and nurture target audiences.
Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of the corporate website to enhance user experience and achieve PR and marketing goals.
Optimize and streamline marketing operations and tools such as MCAE and Salesforce to maximize impact.
Collect and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and use insights from data analysis to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and project timelines.
Collaborate with marketing specialists to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English and Japanese.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and preferably PR.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and executions, including SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
Proven track record to develop comprehensive marketing strategies including campaigns, timelines, and budgets.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to guide marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially MCAE (formerly Pardot), and Salesforce.
Knowledge of Systems Thinking, quality principles, and continuous process improvement, ideally in a Sales, Marketing, or Communications system.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in oral and writing, with a knack for PR, social media effectiveness, and advertising.
Skilled in working with and guiding teams from various departments using collaborative tools and concepts.
Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to various Pasona N.A. offices across the U.S.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Travel: Able to do air travel up to 10% of the time to Pasona N.A. offices across the U.S. as needed.
Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English and Japanese.
Location: Torrance, CA, Chicago, IL or NYC (Hybrid work with 3 days in office)
