Overview
One of our Fortune 75 Telecommunications clients is seeking a Program Manager III to join their Digital Buyflows organization. This team owns the end-to-end digital buyflow lifecycle, driving seamless customer journeys that improve satisfaction and directly impact sales growth across the enterprise. As a key member of this group, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering/development teams—reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing IT system operations. Your work will ensure business needs are translated into clear technical requirements, enabling streamlined catalog configurations, efficient workflow administration, and successful cross-functional execution. Location : Stamford, CT
(Hybrid – 3 days onsite minimum) Contract Type:
6 month contract Pay Rate:
$50-$65 hourly (rate varies depending on years of experience) Responsibilities
Manage Digital Sales Offer Catalog configurations and administration workflows. Review change request intakes and collaborate with cross-functional teams for impact analysis and execution planning. Document implementation approaches for promotions and offer sets in catalog/ledger applications. Communicate technical solution approaches and customer experience impacts to stakeholders. Create and map basic technical flow and business diagrams aligned to business/system requirements. Identify, document, report, and track system issues through resolution. Support the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Required Skills & Tools
Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management tools (TFS, JIRA, Visio, MS Project, Clarity, etc.). Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Significant experience working with CMS, CRM, and enterprise catalog applications to build customer- and agent-facing portals. Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a technology-based role such as Business Systems Analyst or Technical Product Owner. Industry background in Telco, Media & Entertainment, or Consumer Services required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
