Atlas is looking for an Environmental Senior Project Manager, Due Diligence (DD Project Manager 3) to join our East Hartford, CT team. We are seeking an Environmental, Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-priority projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating several projects, while maintaining schedules and budgets. This position will provide opportunities for business development, managing a diverse range of clients and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Job Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of environmental projects including, but not limited to CTDEEP regulatory projects and/or compliance projects Write and review technical reports and proposals including site assessment reports (Phase I, II and III), remedial plans and closure reports Communicate with state and federal regulators as necessary Maintain relationships with existing clients, develop relationships with new clients Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work products Ensure safe performance of project work Actively develop your own career growth Qualifications

BA/BS in Environmental Science/Engineering or another related field. MS a plus 15+ years of solid technical and management experience CTDEEP regulatory project experience Strong understanding of Connecticut RSRs Ability to mentor and train staff Proficiency with MS Office suite Excellent technical communication skills and strong attention to detail Excellent safety record and understanding of safe work practices Valid driver's license, ability to pass MVR and reliable transportation are required Wage Range

$120,000 To $150,000 Per Year About Atlas and Benefits
