Project Operations Specialist [CCTV & Access Control] (1 year contract / Ang Mo

Operational Management
Support daily operations across security projects and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms).
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, sales) to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Track project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
Client & Vendor Liaison
Communicate with clients to arrange system installations, maintenance, and inspections.
Address customer concerns related to system functionality or maintenance issues.
Coordinate with vendors or subcontractors for equipment, services, and outsourced work.
Team Oversight & Support
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the technical team (engineers, technicians).
Monitor performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Help with manpower planning and team deployment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation for projects, service reports, work orders, and checklists.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement of tools and equipment.
Prepare regular reports on project progress, service status, and key performance indicators.
Requirements
NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent.
Basic technical knowledge of ELV systems, networking, and security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms); strong IT skills are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or Security Systems industry.
Familiar with basic AutoCAD drawings.
Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
