A leading infrastructure consulting team is seeking a

Project Manager

to oversee complex, multi-phase municipal water and wastewater programs. This high-impact leadership role involves managing large-scale projects, cultivating client relationships, and driving strategic growth across the Puget Sound region and beyond. This position offers the opportunity to lead transformative infrastructure initiatives, mentor emerging professionals, and contribute to long-term planning efforts that support sustainable community development. Responsibilities

Manage large, multi-phase water/wastewater programs involving multiple stakeholders and subconsultants. Lead planning, design, and implementation of water supply, storage, pumping, conveyance, and treatment systems. Ensure financial success through budget oversight, revenue forecasting, and profitability tracking. Coordinate with engineering teams, regulatory bodies, and municipal clients to ensure seamless project delivery. Serve as a strategic advisor to public agencies, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Lead business development efforts, including opportunity identification, proposal development, and contract acquisition. Represent the organization at industry events and professional forums to enhance visibility and market reach. Build and guide multidisciplinary project teams. Mentor mid-level managers and technical staff, fostering leadership development and knowledge sharing. Promote a collaborative, accountable team culture focused on successful project outcomes. Manage project financials, including contracts, invoicing, receivables, and profitability. Oversee a portfolio of projects with combined revenue between $2M-$5M, or serve as Program Manager for multiple high-value initiatives. Maintain high performance metrics in project delivery and client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Washington or ability to obtain. 10-15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering, including project and program management. Strong communication skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Proven success in business development and strategic client engagement. 5+ years of experience working with public sector clients in the Washington market. Preferred Qualifications

15+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering. Expertise in capital improvement planning, regulatory compliance, and public sector project delivery. Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders and funding sources. Familiarity with hydraulic modeling tools such as WaterGEMS and SewerGEMS. Compensation & Benefits
