Johnson & Johnson\'s Medtech is seeking the best talent for a Sr Manager, Deliver Operations. The role is a full-time position and will be located in Santa Clara, CA with an expectation of in-office presence 4+ days per week. Key Responsibilities

Drive the execution of strategic projects Lead core areas of responsibilities in the Deliver/ Logistics function both from an operational and strategic perspective Develop and implement operational standards, protocols, and processes to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction for future commercial launch activities Manage all on-site Deliver field activities related to all future installations and de-installations, supporting our Service and Commercial organizations Represent Global Deliver RAD Team when working closely with global J&J affiliates to plan out implementation and launch excellence activities Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and extensive expertise across all core aspects of the Deliver processes, including, but not limited to, warehouse and distribution, transportation, customer service, network planning, and import/export. They should have experience with global operations within a large multinational organization, collaborating across supply chain functions and other departments across multiple regions and time zones. Experience in related supply chain areas such as Integrated Business Planning and Manufacturing is desirable. Experience in the direct distribution of Surgical Robotics is highly advantageous. The candidate must demonstrate robust financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and scenario-building expertise. Excellent collaboration, managing ambiguity, and communication skills are essential in this dynamic and global environment. Major Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Projects

Lead assigned projects end to end from a Deliver perspective, collaborating cross functionally with the broader Supply Chain and working closely with Service and Commercial organizations Work closely with Director to define strategic roadmap of investments and decision points needed to support the Ottava program Report out key project status, risks, deliverables, and activities within overall schedule Manage budgets both operating and capital expenses in-line with expectations Customer Experience And Distribution Network Strategy

Partner closely with Director to define critical KPI’s and customer experience metrics across all facets of the Deliver Pillar Analyze distribution network and overall capacity; identify areas of opportunity to improve service levels Capture and analyze voice of customer, both internally and externally to develop targeted solutions and effective implementation plans Create new Deliver Dashboards for managing performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis Capital Delivery Operations

Responsible for managing all aspects of the defined Deliver Installation or de-installation activities for customers inclusive of coordinating with Service and Commercial organizations On-site management during loading and unloading of capital systems Supervising 3PL providers and being primary point of contact while at J&J Customer sites Resourcing, load planning, and aligning schedules across the Deliver teams Global Johnson & Johnson Affiliate

Lead targeted implementation efforts for all Deliver global activities Primary point of contact for all global teams to help support execution, timelines, etc Coordinate directly with Launch excellence teams and maintain timelines, activities and deliverables with Project Management Organization Qualifications

Education:

University Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Experience And Skills

Required:

10+ years related experience with 5+ years people leadership experience Experience across Deliver Operations (Warehousing/ Distribution, Transportation, Customer Service, Distribution Network Analysis) Experience across at least two other supply chain functional areas is essential (Plan, MAKE, or Source) Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) and Warehouse Mgmt Systems (WMS) Experience working on large Capital System supply chains Preferred:

MBA or advanced Degree is preferred Experience with Systems Implementation projects (WMS, TMS, ERP, OTC) Surgical Robotics Distribution Logistics Experience Green belt Six Sigma certification and Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) desirable Onsite experience with customers or field work within the healthcare sector Other

English Fluency required Travel Requirement 20-25% and potentially short notice (Domestic and International) Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Excel etc.) Ability to develop, coach and guide a team in the execution, strategies and realization of functional and company goals without direct reporting Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt by course-correcting plans as needed in response to changing circumstances Ability to forge collaboration across all levels of the enterprise and externally. A strong communicator with the ability to communicate clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written and oral forums. Ability to influence at all levels within Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance organizations and other key cross functional partners in a matrix environment and externally. Demonstrates deep knowledge of best practices and benchmarks, corporate objectives, and resource availability to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects. Incorporates an integrated understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain to anticipate cross-functional impacts, interdependencies, and trade-offs. Has strong business acumen – deeply understands the business, portfolio, markets, customers, challenges, and demands. Has a solid understanding of financial flows and associated product flows including tax strategies Compensation

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 138,000.00 - 276,000.00 USD Annual EEO
