Discover & Define: Go onsite to deeply understand customer workflows, surface their most pressing problems, and design solutions that create measurable value. Build & Deliver: Partner with engineers and designers to connect the right data, model it effectively, and build workflows that drive adoption and results. Drive Adoption: Lead hands-on trainings, deliver compelling demos, and ensure solutions are successfully rolled out to new user groups. Shape the Product: Translate field insights into product requirements, influencing our engineering and design teams to make Commure’s platform even better. Grow the Business: Identify and scope new opportunities — from additional use cases to entirely new markets — and help turn them into reality. What You Have

8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & ops, product management, enterprise SaaS implementation, or a similar client-facing, solution-oriented role A track record of solving messy, ambiguous problems and translating them into structured, actionable plans Experience working directly with customers to understand workflows and co-develop solutions Comfort collaborating with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver complex, cross-functional outcomes Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to lead sessions with analysts and present confidently to senior executives Organized, proactive, and ready to own critical workstreams end-to-end Nice To Have

Experience in healthcare IT, EHR integrations, or revenue cycle management Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, or working with complex datasets Commure + Athelas is committed to creating and fostering a diverse team.
