Continuous Improvement Senior Manager
to join our
North America Team . This position can be based in any one of our US plants and requires approximately 75% travel. Responsibilities
Drive improvement actions based on the results of safety audits. Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements following safety incidents. Participate in root cause analysis and process improvements related to quality concerns from customers. Plan, support and lead kaizen-focused events in collaboration with other departments. Create the CI Roadmap on an annual basis for assigned locations and update it with CI savings weekly (support Month End financial close activities with all NA Plants). Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring systems to track progress of improvement initiatives (Auria Production System KPIs). Contribute as needed during plant monthly CI Steering Committee meetings. Act as a change agent to implement cost improvement activities. Coordinate and facilitate Kaizen events, using the Auria Connect event calendar and established formats; complete all documentation and kaizen case studies when needed. Coordinate Fresh Eyes activities in all North American plants (9). Organize Continuous Improvement report outs within the region and assigned facilities. Follow the problem-solving process utilizing APS skills and Six Sigma analysis. Manage the production system audit and action documentation. Support other plant CI activities by traveling to participate in events or provide support as required. Other duties as assigned. What you will gain as a part of the Auria Team

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred). Ten (10) years as Continuous Improvement Manager, preferably in a tier 1 supplier (required). Previous experience supporting multiple locations (preferred). Travel Requirements
75% travel to North America plants to support CI activities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven success in driving cost savings, scrap reduction, and optimizing business processes. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated experience using Kaizen Methodology, 8Ds, 5 Whys and other problem-solving methodologies.
