Job Title: Vessel Charter & Procurement Category Manager Client: Leading Renewable Energy Company Location: Providence, RI (Preferably locals) Work Type: Contract Duration: October 2025 - March 2026 Working model: Onsite Role is responsible for Contract management activities related to Service Operations Vessels (SOVs), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs) and Jack-Up or Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs) chartered for Operations Responsible for sourcing, negotiating and contract execution activities for additional required vessels during Operations Accountable for ensuring feedback loop is established between region and global category team Provide regional & local Procurement input to global category team Provide input from global module team to local Procurement team and regional & local stakeholders Responsible for proactively participate, respond and provide input to regional category strategy to ensure that it is aligned with the global category strategy and responsible for implementing and executing the strategy in the region Responsible for driving and managing regional & local supplier performance review in accordance with global SRM framework and supplier segmentation. Responsible for developing an approved vendor list within the region based on local capabilities and coordinated with GCM Responsible for ensuring transparency on data impacting the region (budgets, spend, cost development and cost split, contracts accessibility) in a standardized way Responsible for regional supply chain intelligence (market development and supplier landscapes) and understanding regional supply chain risks and opportunities Job Requirements Relevant degree and experience in maritime management and supply chain 5+ years of procurement/supply chain management or vessel chartering/management experience Authorized to work onshore in the US without sponsorship Able to analyze large amounts of complex information and produce summaries, analyses, options, recommendations, and conclusion Must be local to Providence, RI Seniority level
