The Perioperative Supply Chain Team Lead is a working team lead responsible for providing operational leadership, inventory oversight, vendor coordination, and workflow execution during assigned shifts. This role actively participates in supply chain duties while coordinating daily activities across perioperative departments (OR, Endoscopy, SPD, etc.). In collaboration with SCO Coordinators and under the direction of the Perioperative Supply Chain Manager, the Team Lead ensures accurate inventory control, timely restocking, vendor delivery verification, and shift-based decision-making. The role is essential for ensuring consistent coverage, compliance, and execution during variable shifts. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Five (5) or more years of job-related experience including hospital supply chain, preferably in surgical or procedural settings. Seniority level
