Overview
Manager, Product Management - Enterprise Core Platform. Capital One is seeking a Manager of Product Management to join the Enterprise Core Platform team. This role focuses on reimagining value creation, driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology, and contributing to a portfolio committed to growth and transformation. Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in Capital One's Product Framework across five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership. Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and deliver aligned outcomes, mitigating product risks and enabling near-term and long-term value. Translate business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products where applicable. Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expected degree by the start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (examples include Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related quantitative field). A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products. Additional Information
