We are seeking a
Project Controls/Cost Manager
to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This is a
contract-to-hire
opportunity for local candidates only. The role is
on-site in Midtown Atlanta Monday through Thursday
with
remote work on Fridays . Candidates must be within driving distance;
no relocation or out-of-state applicants will be considered. About the Client:
Our client is a nationally recognized leader in engineering and nuclear services with more than 50 years of proven success across the U.S. They partner with public and private sector clients to deliver innovative solutions in infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, architecture, and program management. Responsibilities: Gather, log, and summarize project data for use in technical studies and project performance reviews. Develop monthly project forecasts, cash flows, and variance explanations. Prepare payment applications and cost profiles. Review and process change orders in accordance with client approval procedures. Review and facilitate approval of project invoices. Support the annual budgeting process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with
5+ years of project controls or cost management experience . Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
required; experience with
Power BI
preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and client service focus. What We Offer: Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Disability insurance
