Montefiore Health System is seeking a skilled
Product Manager with EpicCare Inpatient Clinical Documentation certification
to lead our Inpatient Clin Doc team. This role is essential to enhancing documentation workflows and tools used by clinical staff across inpatient settings, directly impacting the quality of patient care. You will oversee a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, guiding them in delivering high-quality support and solutions for Epic Clin Doc. You’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from gathering user requirements and designing workflows to managing implementations and ongoing support. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure our documentation systems are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. Introduction

Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals supporting Epic Clin Doc. Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical documentation workflows and Epic functionality. Manage product requests, assess feasibility, and prioritize enhancements. Oversee project planning, scope development, and resource allocation. Ensure system performance and participate in go-lives and on-call rotations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated solutions. Provide strategic input on product design and optimization. Support professional development and performance management of team members. Requirements
EpicCare Inpatient Clin Doc certification (required). Strong experience implementing and supporting Epic Clinical Documentation. Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). High emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Provide 24/7 on-call, rotational support. Meeting all requirements for Epic certification is a condition of employment. Preferred
Familiarity with Elsevier flowsheet content and upgrades. PMP certification or formal project management experience. Employment details
