Be part of the customer/sales associate experience creating a welcoming and inclusive culture.The Keyholder rolewill allow you to use your prior sellingand supervisory experience to carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions including: cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, store safety, customer issue resolution, new hire support, operational tasks, and other miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. KEY INGREDIENTS - THE SUCCESSFUL ASM CANDIDATE: 1+ years of prior service experience. Some prior retail supervisory experience. Passion for Customer Service Friendly and outgoing - strong communication skills Fashion Savvy Social Media Following (preferred) Flexibility (as it relates to scheduling). Interest in Retail Management career path.
