Dynamic Group Management The Hotel Task Force Manager provides short-term operational leadership and support to hotels in need due to vacancies, transitions, openings, or special projects. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, maintains brand standards, and supports property teams. Key Responsibilities
Ensure guest satisfaction, service quality, and brand standards are consistently maintained. Provide leadership, training, and support to property teams to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all hotel standards, procedures, and regulations. Support financial goals by monitoring budgets, expenses, and revenue performance. Report regularly to the GM regarding hotel performance and progress. Assist with the Front Desk Shifts, including night audits, as needed. Assist the Sales Staff with tasks when needed Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel management- Two years experience working at the Front Desk preferred. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Flexibility to work during the week and weekends Must have strong computer skills Why Join Our Team
