The Senior Events Coordinator will support the Events Director in planning, organizing, and executing Dig’s in-person events. This role is responsible for the day-to-day project management, logistics, and vendor coordination that ensure our events create impact, elevate our brand, and contribute to revenue goals. Your primary responsibilities

Event Operations & Logistics Support execution of in-person events and trade shows, from pre-event planning through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up. Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, travel arrangements, shipping, catering, client dinners, A/V, and trade show booth set-up/take down. Coordinate and order promotional items, speaker gifts and marketing items. Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor and supplier relationships. Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and support speakers/presenters. Project Management & Support Maintain project timelines, task trackers, and deadlines to ensure flawless execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, brand design, leadership) to align event experiences with business goals. Support development of pre-event promotions and post-event communications in collaboration with the content and digital teams. Track budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to allocations. Onsite Event Support Act as the point of contact for logistics during events, troubleshooting issues quickly and efficiently. Post-Event Evaluation Collect and analyze attendee data, feedback, and engagement metrics. Support the Events Director in preparing event recaps and postmortems that connect event outcomes to pipeline and revenue targets. Culture & Engagement Contribute to Dig’s culture by supporting internal events and participating in the Fun Committee. Support the Events Director in managing staff and external partners onsite. Experience, Skills and Requirements

2–4 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or project management (B2B preferred). Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and with external vendors. Comfortable managing budgets and tracking expenses. Experience with event/project management tools (Notion, Microsoft) and CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot a plus). Willingness to travel to support event execution. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs as part of regular job duties. Why Join Dig?
