Overview Citibank, N.A. seeks a Balance Sheet Management Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.

Responsibilities

Design and enhance dynamic, data-driven Tableau dashboards to consolidate Treasury risk analytics and reporting into a one-stop-shop solution.

Develop advanced visualizations that provide interactive insights into key balance sheet metrics, risk factors, and liquidity trends.

Design Business Intelligence solutions and use Tableau Desktop for development of advanced analytics and dashboards.

Use Tableau Prep to clean and prepare complex datasets.

Utilize Tableau PROD and UAT servers to test, deploy dashboards and data sources.

Optimize dashboard performance through efficient data structuring, indexing, and query tuning to minimize load times and enhance user experience.

Automate data updates and streamline reporting workflows by integrating Tableau with Python-based data pipelines for seamless refresh cycles.

Develop and implement scalable automation solutions to eliminate manual reporting processes and ensure real-time, accurate financial risk reporting.

Build and maintain Python-based data extraction and transformation scripts, integrating multiple data sources and automating large-scale data pulls.

Optimize SQL-based data blending and joins to ensure consistency and reliability in Treasury analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize data models and reporting logic, enabling a unified analytics framework.

Support data governance initiatives by enforcing data validation, reconciliation, and integration best practices to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Engineering (any) or related field and 3 years of experience as a Tableau Developer, Data Security Analyst or related position involving Data Analytics and Tableau development.

Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.

3 years of experience must include: Tableau Desktop for development of advanced analytics and dashboards; performance and query tuning techniques; Tableau Prep to enhance, clean and prepare complex datasets; SQL queries; Tableau PROD and UAT servers to test, deploy dashboards and data sources; designing BI solutions; and building and maintaining Python-based data extraction.

Wage and Benefits Wage Range: $170,373 to $180,000.

Location and Schedule Primary Location: New York, New York, United States. Time Type: Full time. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
