Manage high-priority performance initiatives through all phases of design and execution, including post-go-live tracking Engage cross-department leaders and stakeholders to design and execute initiatives across clients/markets Maintain a catalog of performance initiatives, detailing their description and key criteria for prioritization Use available data to assess the success of implemented initiatives and refine approaches as needed Develop and maintain project management processes, tools, and templates for oncology performance initiatives Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of healthcare management and/or healthcare consulting experience Experience in cardiovascular service line or special projects with a strategic emphasis Strong project management skills and proven history of effectively managing projects and processes Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Outstanding written and oral presentation skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience with managed care and/or provider engagement Additional information
