Assistant Store Manager

The position is for an Assistant Store Manager who will meet all retail performance standards, assist the Store Manager, and ensure customer needs are met. The key responsibilities include: Meets all retail performance standards including operating loss control and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures. Assists Store Manager with implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved timely, and service is quick and efficient. Coaches, mentors and trains employees as needed. Oversees all Retail Store Operations in the absence of the Store Manager. We are looking for someone who: Is a charismatic leader with experience coaching and engaging others. Communicates effectively and is a long-term business thinker. Solution oriented and passionate about working for an organization that makes a difference. Role requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Prior supervisory and retail experience is preferred. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr--$22.00/hr Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive.
