This role is onsite Monday - Friday 8-5, but must also accommodate early or late meetings occasionally for stakeholders.

is available for candidates moving for this opportunity. Position Summary This position leads the Quality Department. This role elevates high reliability in clinical performance through assessment of performance, ensures prioritization of improvement activities, overseeing performance improvement projects and ensuring successful clinical project implementation at operating entities. Core Functions : Quality Leadership and Integration, Performance and Process Improvement, Population Health and Care Transitions, Health Data Analytics, Patient Safety, Regulatory and Accreditation, Quality Review and Accountability, Professional Engagement. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree or current enrollment in Master’s program with an anticipated graduation within one year of hire OR equivalent experience. At least two years management experience or demonstrated leadership abilities through successful large-scale projects. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification or Certified Professional Patient Safety (CPPS) certification. Preferred Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification is preferred. Experience with process improvement, regulatory/accreditation programs, data management, and analysis including graphic development and presentations is highly desirable.
