Our client is a publicly traded, innovative pharmaceutical company with a strong business presence in the US, Asia, and the Middle East. As part of its strategic global growth, the company is now expanding into the European markets and is seeking an experienced leader to support this important next phase. Company Overview and Position Summary

The Commercial Development Director / Senior Director will play a key role in driving the commercialization of innovative pharmaceutical products across Europe. This role will also be responsible for alliance management, ensuring effective partnerships and collaborations that support the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Lead the commercialization strategy and execution of innovative products in the European markets. Partner closely with the Global Commercial Officer to align European activities with global strategy. Develop and manage alliances, partnerships, and collaborations to maximize market access and growth. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem. Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform commercial strategies. Contribute to cross-regional collaboration with colleagues in the US, Asia, and the Middle East. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful market entry and sustainable commercial growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred. 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization, business development, or alliance management. Strong understanding of European pharmaceutical markets, regulatory environments, and market access. Proven experience in managing partnerships, alliances, and cross-border collaborations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
