What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage programs across Go-To-Market functions for software features, ensuring strategy implementation throughout the customer journey
Define and enhance GTM/In-Market processes, including planning, gating, and feature rollout
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track stakeholder readiness plans, reporting key milestones, risks, and contingency planning
Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks by balancing business objectives with technical and operational constraints
Foster relationships with cross-functional partners to enhance collaboration and understanding of their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA or BS degree
7+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales operations and program management, with a focus on product life cycles and launches
5+ years of experience launching consumer products
5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or lifecycle marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Sales
Certification in Program Management (e.g. Prince2 or PMP)
Domain expertise in Consumer Electronics or Software
Experience in content partnership management with third-party partners
Experience leading organizational transformation and process improvement
