Overview

Centurum Information Technology is seeking a highly motivated Logistician II to join our Meteorological and Oceanographic (METOC) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) team in San Diego, CA. Responsibilities

Provide input for the initial development and updates to METOC system documentation, such as the Life Cycle Support Plan (LCSP) and User's Logistics Support Summary (ULSS). Engage with METOC systems Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other technical entities to gather information needed for Logistics product development. Develop and manage technical, operational, and logistics data and institute and mark as appropriate Item Unique Identification (IUID) in accordance with current directives. Perform equipment inventory and maintain detailed records of all received and shipped equipment. Manage material support shipment actions, respond to shipment requests, create shipping documents for worldwide outgoing and return shipments, and prepare required receiving paperwork. Perform activities related to classified and unclassified material movement in accordance with current regulations and directives. Perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) and provide technical recommendations for system material RAM, including Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses, Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA). Provide support for Operating Material and Supplies (OM&S) Inventory Management, Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) bookings, and floor inventory inspections. Create and provide Logistics tracking system database inventory and As-Installed Configuration Management (CM) reports and updates upon request. Provide real time status for Program of Record (POR) spares allocation, location, and material condition. Research NAVSUP One Touch Service (OTS) database and METOC ILS products to obtain parts data (weight, dimensions, reference designators, NSNs, and SM&R Codes) to identify POR spares. Respond to email notifications for failed parts and create and route offline ITSM forms. Estimate initial spares quantities to meet system availability requirements and determine unit consumption data for spares. Coordinate Installation and Check-Out Spares (INCOS) support, including logistics tracking updates and returning failed assets to NIWC Pacific for NEoF testing. Coordinate depot-level overhaul, modification, and logistics tracking system updates for METOC systems. Coordinate METOC systems inventory and create and submit offline ITSM tickets to track failed METOC system repair efforts. Qualifications

Must have a minimum of three years performing Logistics acquisition and sustainment support functions. Experience in Logistics management, principles, practices, and processes. (R) Experience in Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T), acquiring, cataloging, receiving, storing, issuing, transferring, and disposing of various end items to support METOC system life cycle. (R) Demonstrated management skills, such as developing Logistics Management Plans, Guidelines, and Procedures. (R) Experience writing and tracking Ship Change Documents (SCDs) in the NAVWAR/PEO C4I Integrated Data Environment & Repository (SPIDER). (D) Experience with the SCD modernization process and gathering the information needed for SCD development. (D) Experience creating, populating, editing, and tracking current and future shipboard system SCDs. (D) This position requires the capability to maintain a Secret clearance. Education & Other

Bachelor’s Degree DAWIA certified in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1 or 2, or equivalent logistics training, or an additional year of direct defense life-cycle logistics support. Reminders
