Drives and actively facilitates cross-functional stakeholder interactions to bring products to market, including managing risks and schedule Collaborates with teams to ensure a go-to-market strategy that delivers a high rate of sales Accounts for all elements of the program from ideation to end-of-life Uses KPIs and data to drive decision making across cross-functional teams Identifies program risks, develops mitigation/contingency plans, and tracks progress Identifies resource and knowledge gaps and takes steps to highlight and remedy Channels global information to local teams, acting as a conduit to support the business Requirements & Attributes
Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering or business management field highly desired 2+ years direct product development experience Experience in new product development or program management (consumer goods industry strongly preferred) Ability to lead a high-performing team and deliver results Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills; experience addressing C-Suite, peer functional groups, suppliers, and customers Cross-functional leadership skills Strong bias to action and accountability Intermediate working skills with MS Project (or similar), Excel, PowerPoint and Visio High energy with a positive attitude; detail-oriented Presentation skills; proficient with PowerPoint and comfortable presenting to large groups including executive management Our Culture
