Slalom Flex (Project Based) – Senior Technical Project Manager Who You’ll Work With Our Delivery teams help organizations redefine what’s possible, shape the future, and deliver results. In this role, you’ll work directly with Slalom and client team members. What You’ll Do
Produce weekly/monthly reports Understand the client’s business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns Work on projects independently and participate as a team member Work closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project execution Develop relationships and build trust Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear communication to all stakeholders Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle Interface with IT team members, business owners, vendors, and organizational leaders to drive projects forward under tight timelines with guidance from program managers and subject matter experts What You’ll Bring
4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Project Manager Must be able to work independently Classic program/project management skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop relationships The ability to be a natural business partner and trusted advisor A strong sense of urgency, committed to business context and outcomes/value delivered Consulting experience preferred Network/carrier/telephony systems experience preferred Healthcare industry experience preferred Demonstrated ability to manage projects under tight timelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement Experience working with program managers and SMEs to guide project execution Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies About Us
