Lead AEC Recruiter & Account Manager at Career Collective
Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities: Design and layout plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, stormwater, and natural gas systems. Prepare plumbing drawings, schematics, and specifications in coordination with other disciplines. Use AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other BIM tools to develop accurate and coordinated 2D/3D models. Perform pipe sizing calculations, fixture unit counts, pressure loss calculations, and equipment selection. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes (IPC, UPC, local amendments), industry standards, and project requirements. Coordinate designs with architects, structural engineers, and other MEP team members. Assist with construction administration tasks, including submittal reviews and field inspections as needed. Maintain project documentation and support QA/QC processes. Qualifications: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Familiarity with plumbing codes and standards (IPC, ASPE, NFPA, etc.). Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. CPD certification is a plus, but not required.
