This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Buyer at The Aaron's Company, Inc., located in Atlanta, GA. The Senior Buyer will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s purchasing strategy, negotiating with suppliers, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring the continuity of supply. The role requires effective forecasting, inventory management, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends and competitors. Additionally, the Senior Buyer will work closely with internal teams to support product development and promotional strategies. Qualifications
Experience with purchasing, negotiations, and supplier management Strong analytical skills for forecasting and inventory management Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Experience in the retail or rent-to-own industry is a plus Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite Seniority level
