Director of Clinical Operations RN Hospice
We are hiring for a Clinical Director – RN with Hospice Experience. This is a Full Time salaried leadership position. Home Based Hospice or Home Care experience preferred, leadership experience required. Must be a licensed RN in OK. Oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director. Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company. Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plan services to be provided to patients, and supervise their total home health care. Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Enhance the profitability of the agency and engage with the team to assure the quality of services delivered. Education and Experience
Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of operation. At least 3 years of experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care service delivery system setting preferred. At least 2 years of healthcare leadership preferred. Current CPR certification. Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
