As a Ticket Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the event build, maintenance, and management of ticketing procedures for all events. Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,300 – $88,200 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Manage all box office, Ticketmaster, external promoter, and internal ticketing needs for TD Garden events, ensuring inventory and reporting accuracy Review and adjust ticket classes and pricing in alignment with sales strategies and marketing campaigns, collaborating with key stakeholders Oversee daily box office operations, staffing, and ticket processing to ensure efficiency and compliance with corporate and TD Garden financial practices Provide ongoing training and education for sales reps and box office team members on TM Host, Archtics, account manager mobile technology, and guest service standards Support ticketing innovation by identifying opportunities, implementing updates, optimizing reporting, and promoting best practices across sales and service teams More About You
Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of 3 years of experience in ticket operations Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and cash and payment management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high energy, fast-paced environment Experience with managing staff of part-time employees required Must be able to use all Ticketmaster systems including Archtics, TM host, and TM; must have experience with event building within the Ticketmaster platforms Shift Details
Days, holidays, evenings as needed, and weekends.
