About Neurodevelopmental Services
Our unique Neurodevelopmental Center offers group services for children and adolescents with autism, and other neurodevelopmental challenges, that are not available anywhere else. Our ABA model is inclusive of play-based, compassionate, naturalistic teaching approaches. We provide 1:1 aides for clients who need more support to participate in our therapeutic learning groups, and we offer intensive parent training groups. We focus on the core challenges clients face that impact their daily functioning and quality of life. We provide therapy to enhance skills such as social connection, emotional regulation, communication, daily living, and sensory development to promote independence and self-determination. Our clinical model emphasizes early intervention and socialization, parent support and training, and teaching curriculums that focus on functional skills to enhance quality of life for all clients. Pacific Clinics is California\'s largest community-based nonprofit provider of behavioral and mental health services and support. Our team of more than 2,000 employees speaks 22 languages, and we are dedicated to offering hope and unlocking the full potential of individuals and families through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, research-based services. We serve children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults, offering a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal-eligible individuals and families across multiple California counties. Compensation We Offer The initial compensation for this position ranges from $23.43 - $24.60 per hour. Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications and internal equity considerations. Salary may vary if you reside in a different location than the posted location. 7.5% bilingual differential for qualified positions (Approved Language: Spanish). $3,000 hiring incentive payout after 30 days and 6 months (subject to company policy eligibility). Job Summary Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency. Under the direct supervision of the clinical program management team, provides naturalistic developmental and behavioral interventions such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), positive behavior supports, and intervention strategies to individuals with neurodevelopmental challenges (e.g., autism, ADHD, developmental disabilities, and/or other neurobehavioral health diagnoses). Collaborates with multidisciplinary experts to implement clinical treatment and behavior support plans for children and families.
Responsibilities and Duties Under supervision of the multidisciplinary clinical program management team (e.g., BCBA, SLP, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Behavior Program Coordinator), provide group ABA services to assigned clients across modalities (e.g., DTT, PRT, NET, JASPER, NDBIs, etc.). Occasional direct individual ABA services to assigned clients under supervision of the multidisciplinary team. Integrate feedback from clinical supervisors to deliver high-quality services that meet fidelity measures. Record data, including video, for treatment goals using electronic data collection systems (e.g., Catalyst) to support client outcomes and fidelity. Model, teach, reinforce, and implement behavioral interventions and skill development plans with individuals, caregivers, and their support network. Assist supervisors with plan development (e.g., reports, progress summaries) and assessment tasks. Assist teams in developing program materials (e.g., lesson plans, visual schedules, social stories) to develop individualized, strength-based strategies and interventions. Participate in supervision, team meetings, in-service trainings, client progress meetings, and other key meetings as assigned. Identify potential conflicts and communicate with the clinical supervisor about client-related services within 24 hours. Coordinate services for individuals and caregivers with other providers, internal and external, supporting constructive relationships and problem-solving barriers.

Minimum Education and/or Experience High School Degree Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred Ability to speak, write, or read other languages preferred
Licensing/Certification Requirements First Aid/CPR Certification required Registered Behavior Technician certification required Background clearances: DOJ, FBI, and CAIC
Physical Requirements Must remain physically fit to keep clients safe. The role may require standing, walking, sitting, using hands, reaching, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, crouching, talking, and hearing. The ability to move up to 25 pounds occasionally is required. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. A Human Performance Evaluation may be required at certain locations.
