Overview
The
Senior Assistant Store Manager
is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The
Senior Assistant Store Manager
supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.
Work Schedule & Requirements
This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
Minimum age requirement is 18.
Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail / management experience is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
