Job Description
Verdantas is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead environmental projects and drive NEPA compliance efforts. This hybrid role combines strategic project management with technical expertise in environmental planning and analysis. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality environmental documentation. Responsibilities
Lead and manage environmental projects from planning through execution. Coordinate internal staff and teaming partners to meet project goals. Provide strategic direction and oversight for subcontractor efforts. Supervise the preparation of NEPA analyses and special studies. Conduct internal technical reviews and ensure quality assurance. Prepare NEPA documentation and navigate NEPA permitting. Engage with Order Managers, government agencies, and contractor personnel. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, or a scientific discipline with 15+ years of combined project management and NEPA experience, or Doctorate degree in planning, engineering, or a scientific discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is a plus. Salary Range
138,900 – 173,500 Benefits
