Job Title: Sr. Program Manager, Business Process Transformation Job Summary: Join the transformation journey at The Pokémon Company International as a Senior Program Manager supporting the Head of Business Process Transformation. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution across the Trading Card Game (TCG) value chain and enterprise systems. You will lead critical programs, support enterprise technology enhancements, and champion continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of how we operate and deliver value to Pokémon fans worldwide. Program Leadership & Execution
Serve as the Program Manager for the TCG Value Chain, ensuring seamless coordination across functions, timely milestone delivery, and proactive risk mitigation. Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure the end-to-end value chain operates efficiently and scales with business growth.
Enterprise Systems & Operations Support
Partner with TCG operations teams to gather, prioritize, and deliver enhancements for CRM, ERP, and PLM systems. Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with IT and vendor teams to implement scalable solutions.
Transformation & Strategic Initiatives
Support the Head of Business Process Transformation in executing high-impact transformation projects across the organization. Contribute to strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Continuous Improvement & Methodology
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Develop and implement consistent frameworks to measure, track, and report on the effectiveness of process improvements.
What you’ll bring
8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably with automation, digital operations, and/or seasonal products such as toys, fashion, technology. Bachelor's degree is required. It is a plus if in a related field of Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance. Master's degree is a plus. Strong understanding of value chain operations, particularly in consumer products or entertainment industries. Experience managing CRM, ERP, and PLM system enhancements or implementations. Demonstrated proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to travel up to 2 times per year domestically and possibly internationally. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, apply critical thinking, and exercise sound judgment to drive clarity and decision-making. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes. Experience with business analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Ability to interpret, analyze, and synthesize complex information into meaningful written and visual formats tailored to diverse audiences. Base Salary Range
New hires generally start between $127,000 and $151,000 per year. The full range is $127,000 to $191,000 per year. The final base salary is related to the candidate’s qualifications and experience. How you’ll be successful
