Business Transformation Architect

within a leading healthcare information technology organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to define needs and deliver innovative solutions supporting Clinical Effectiveness transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing and documenting current processes, designing improved workflows, and translating these into future-state targets. You will act as a change agent, promoting adoption of new systems and processes across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker and decisive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Lead customers, project teams, and service partners in developing and implementing technology solutions aligned with company strategies. Conduct business analysis, process redesign, and solution design leveraging Lead to Revenue expertise in collaboration with subject matter experts. Identify and communicate business challenges and needs for solution design and implementation. Model, optimize, and implement business processes, information flows, and business rules. Utilize appropriate technology and applications to improve operations. Manage stakeholder expectations and engage technical teams to achieve results. Facilitate project intake, prioritize backlogs with Product Owners, and ensure requirements are met. Support system implementation with scrum teams, including development and testing. Apply Change Management principles to drive solution adoption. Monitor solution performance to ensure outcomes are achieved. Provide system support and training as needed. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Domain expertise in Lead to Revenue processes within Healthcare or Health IT. At least 7 years of relevant IT or related experience. Minimum 5 years as an analyst on complex transformational projects or operational turnarounds. Experience with business process redesign and workflow tools (Visio preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders. Experience with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with internal resources, vendors, and partners. Proven ability to influence without formal authority and resolve conflicts. Strong analytical skills to assess data, risks, and dependencies. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively. Accountability, organization, and prioritization skills. Leadership ability to motivate teams in a matrix environment. Quick learner of new technologies. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and meeting management skills. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (highly desirable). Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce CPQ (highly desirable). Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and Agile/SDLC frameworks. Customer-focused with a service orientation. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process. Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $145,500 - $203,900. Additional Details:
