Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Flowtec Group My client is one of Chicago's oldest and most reputable General Contractors who complete over $600M in annual revenue. They perform work in various project sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality and more. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their team and help drive the success of key projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers Support procurement of materials and equipment Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Help manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates Attend client, subcontractor, and team meetings as needed Assist in punch list creation and project closeout activities

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field 2+ years Project Management experience with a GC Proficiency with construction management software
