Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self-expression. Implement strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales. Memorable Shopping Experiences: Infuse every customer interaction with positivity and inclusivity, helping customers find pieces that reflect their unique personality and celebrating who they are. Piercing Excellence: Become a trusted guide for customers by joining our piercing experts, conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions throughout the process. Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotional activities to reflect Claire’s fun and joyful brand. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team. Foster collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and help team members reach their full potential. Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products with enthusiasm, provide fashion-related tips, and ensure the store is well-merchandised to reflect the latest trends and maximize sales opportunities. About You
Sales-Driven Mindset: You thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets and maximizing opportunities. Customer-Centric Approach: You’re passionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences. Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred, with a proven ability to drive sales and support team success. Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and provide expert guidance to customers. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: You know how to engage customers, build relationships, and close the sale. Ability to Work Independently: You’re self-motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed. Job Requirements
You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers. You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently, contributing to smooth store operations. You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of retail management experience. You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs). You can bend, stoop, extend reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. You are passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves freely every day. You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service throughout their visit. You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression. You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management. You possess a strong grasp of mathematics, essential for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling. You are a driven team leader with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. You’re self-motivated and organized, as some stores may require you to work alone at times. You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with the latest trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
