The Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team is being created within the organization to deliver best-in-class capabilities for speed and value in commercial operations, align resources, and standardize processes and tools across the company. Responsibilities

Lead commercial forecasting activities for Dupixent’s US Dermatology portfolio, developing short and long-range sales forecasts for in-line and launch products. Partner with US Dupixent Dermatology team and cross-functional partners to document and communicate accurate forecasts for annual Strategic Planning & Budget cycles. Collaborate with US Dupixent Finance and other US Specialty Care forecasters to harmonize forecast cycles across therapeutic areas. Support model enhancements to reflect strategic direction (segmentation, patient flow, etc.). Coordinate with Market Research to design studies providing forecast inputs (e.g., demand studies, conjoint analyses). Incorporate latest access assumptions with Market Access for payer analyses and government rebates. Use external analyses to test forecast assumptions when needed. Develop forecast scenarios to quantify risks and opportunities; present to leadership with key outputs (epidemiology to ex-factory volumes). Collaborate with Finance to develop forecast review presentations for leadership. Ensure US deliverables align with Global guidance and integrate with Global forecast aggregation. Provide monthly updates on performance and near-term outlook; work with Analytics and Finance on end-of-month deliverables. Review forecast with brand leads, update for market opportunities/threats, and participate in S&OP meetings as needed. Design and communicate ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions (e.g., ROI analyses, co-promotion potential). Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services and Finance on evaluating initiatives’ value; deliver analyses to leadership (e.g., break-even, ROI). Collaborate with Data Management and external data providers to review model inputs for forecast accuracy. Qualifications

Basic qualifications

BA/BS with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech forecasting; MS/MBA/PhD and equivalent experience considered. Strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical and forecasting skills; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; ability to design and maintain forecast models. Strategic thinking with understanding of the pharmaceutical/biotech landscape; experience in relevant therapeutic areas is a plus. Knowledge of pharma industry data sources (e.g., IQVIA) and US payer environment. Preferred qualifications

Thrives in fast-paced environments; strong results orientation. Team player with willingness to learn and develop new skills. Excellent project management; able to balance multiple priorities.
