Clinical Outsourcing Specialist (Contract) – Foster City, CA. A global company is looking to hire their first U.S. Clinical Outsourcing Specialist to support vendor oversight and contract activities for clinical trials. Foster City, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Contract:

September / October 2025 Responsibilities
Support contract negotiation and execution (MSAs, SOWs, Work Orders). Manage vendor issue logs, escalate recurring concerns, and support governance meetings. Assist with financial oversight and analysis of outsourcing spend. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, Data Management, and Lab teams. Partner with a broad network of clinical vendors and CROs. Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in clinical outsourcing, vendor management, or site contracting. Strong understanding of the clinical trial environment (CROs, IRT, eCOA vendors, etc.). Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple tasks. Flexible, collaborative, and open to learning. Experience with contracting systems or Veeva Vault is helpful but not required.
