As the Director of Quality and Performance, you will advance quality therapy services and drive performance improvement strategies that promote clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes. This role provides PDPM consultation, conducts audits to improve therapy processes, and optimizes reimbursement. Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology program Experience: Required: Five years of clinical experience, three years of leadership or consulting experience in a skilled nursing setting, and a deep understanding of PDPM, RAI process, and therapy documentation standards. Prefered: Previous experience in a home health setting. License/Certification: Active Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
