Duties
The Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management (SCM) enables operational excellence and future readiness across the global supply chain landscape, covering global SCM functions and adjacent market SCM teams. Translate strategic direction and demand into a domain strategy and product portfolio that balances future readiness with current operational challenges. Own SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS systems as primary products within the domain; define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery across the organization. Maintain business process ownership at the operational level, lead process improvements, and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure system functionality meets business needs. Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS products from strategy to execution to ensure product success. Prioritize the product backlog, manage product delivery, and ensure development aligns with defined business goals. Continuously improve the product to enhance business value using feedback and data-driven insights. Product Ownership & Vision:
Oversee SAP S/4HANA and SAP AFS systems, develop the product vision and roadmap, drive continuous improvements, and ensure business value. Operational Excellence:
Own end-to-end Order Fulfillment processes within global SCM, including procurement, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and billing within SAP MM and SAP SD modules. System Integration & Optimization:
Ensure smooth integration and data flow between SAP S/4HANA, SAP AFS, WMS, and TMS; optimize interfaces and middleware for seamless performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with IT, business units, and stakeholders to refine the product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver enhancements. Business Process Improvement:
Analyze existing processes and systems, align with business objectives, implement improvements, and drive best-practice adoption across global supply chain teams. Change Management:
Lead change management for SAP implementations and other process improvements; prepare the business for new features and system updates. Agile Leadership:
Lead agile teams in product development with clear goals, deadlines, and collaboration; define done for each backlog item and ensure right enhancements are delivered. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field; five (5) years of experience in related supply chain, distribution, and order fulfillment roles, driving global fulfillment and distribution transformation, and overseeing product vision and execution across teams. Five (5) years of experience with: (1) Product/Project Management of Manhattan OneWMS integration with SAP AFS and S/4HANA ERP systems, including configuration in Supply Chain Order Fulfillment across at least three continents; (2) Implementing automated reconciliation between SAP AFS and WMS, with transaction monitoring and rapid issue troubleshooting; (3) Middleware integration and interface optimization using TIBCO and BW to TMS. Two (2) years of experience with: (1) Strategic leadership as a Product Owner in a product-led organization focused on SAP MM and SD modules; (2) Leading SAP AFS to S/4HANA end-to-end migration projects including data migration, cutover planning, and legacy system decommissioning; (3) Management of SAP aATP and Delivery Note creation/splitting across all sales channels; (4) Deploy RFID-based systems for real-time tracking from source to customer.
