We’re seeking a Site Manager to own all aspects of our express car wash operations—from building a membership pipeline to coaching your team to close—while maintaining operational excellence across your site.
This location is a hybrid of detailing, full-service, and express car wash and priority will be given to candidates with full-service experience. Your #1 Mission:
Turn first-time washers into loyal members. You’ll achieve this by: Leading daily membership sales strategies (target: 10%+ conversion) Training your team to master consultative selling Analyzing sales data to spot trends and adjust tactics Position Overview
As Site Manager, you’ll be the
CEO of your location , responsible for: Leading a high-performing team
(hiring, training, and inspiring 25+ employees) Driving membership sales
and optimizing operational efficiency Ensuring flawless execution
of daily operations, maintenance, and customer service Owning your site’s P&L
with support from corporate leadership Compensation and Benefits

Lead Your Team (30%)
Recruit, train, and schedule a team of 25+ employees Foster a
culture of accountability and excellence
through coaching and recognition Conduct performance reviews and develop talent pipelines
Drive Revenue Growth (30%)
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring an outstanding customer experience Achieve
monthly membership sales targets
(10%+ conversion rate) Analyze sales reports to identify trends and adjust strategies Train staff on
consultative selling techniques
for memberships/add-ons
Oversee Operations (30%)
Ensure 100% compliance with
safety, maintenance, and cleanliness standards Supervise daily operations, including facility opening, closing, and maintenance Manage inventory, equipment repairs, and third-party vendor relationships Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues Resolve customer escalations and damage claims promptly
Financial Stewardship (10%)
Control labor costs and minimize waste Manage budgets and optimize expenses to achieve financial goals Continuously evaluate and enhance operational and financial performance Complete weekly cash reconciliations and audits
Who You Are
A proven leader
with 3+ years of management experience in crew management, customer service, or restaurant/hospitality (required) Sales-driven
– You live by metrics and know how to coach a team to crush membership goals Operationally sharp
– You spot inefficiencies others miss and fix them fast Customer-focused
– You turn complaints into loyalty ("Let’s make this right with a membership discount") Hands-on
– You’ll step into the tunnel or pay station to lead by example Must-Have Experience
3+ years crew management (required) 3+ years customer service (required) 3+ years restaurant or similar operations (required) Physical Demands
Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold. Standing for long periods at one time. There\'s no chairs on the lot! Quickly assisting customers by jogging/running. Lifting, pushing or pulling 40lbs or more. About EDGE Express Car Wash
