Project Management & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and oversee commercial and residential painting projects from pre-construction to completion.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Schedule and supervise crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivity.
Team & Contractor Coordination
Direct and support field teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality expectations.
Coordinate between clients, estimators, foremen, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Provide training and guidance to painters and laborers on methods, safety, and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Address and resolve client concerns, change orders, or project issues quickly and professionally.
Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and close-out documentation to stakeholders.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure all painting work meets industry standards and client specifications.
Conduct regular inspections to enforce quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Maintain accurate project documentation including permits, contracts, safety logs, and daily reports.
Budget & Procurement
Manage project budgets, track costs, and approve invoices and change orders.
Source materials and equipment, negotiate vendor pricing, and manage procurement timelines.
Review job costing reports and recommend process improvements to increase profitability.
Software & Tools
Utilize project management and estimating software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Maintain records in digital systems for project tracking, payroll, scheduling, and safety compliance.
