Overview
Base pay range: $135,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr This role is with Latham & Watkins, a global law firm. The Global Endpoint Platform Lead Analyst coordinates and contributes to endpoint packaging and security tasks, including application delivery, scripting, security patching, and threat/vulnerability management. The position involves coordinating these functions within the Technology & Information Services team, serving as a subject matter expert and team mentor in application and script deployment using tools such as Intune, PatchMyPC, SCCM, and Group Policy. The role is located in the Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles and may offer a hybrid/work-from-office schedule. Responsibilities & Qualifications Other key responsibilities include: Overseeing the team’s operational tasks for the firm’s software deployment tools, including Intune and SCCM Overseeing the team’s operational tasks for the firm’s endpoint security tools, including Defender, Windows Firewall, and Carbon Black Developing automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Batch) for software installations and configurations Collaborating with cross-departmental requestors to ensure successful outcomes for operational requests Integrating AI to enhance team efficiency and streamline workflows Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information We’d love to hear from you if you: Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), and PatchMyPC Exhibit proficiency in automation scripting, including PowerShell and Batch Display proficiency using project management tools such as Asana, Microsoft Project, and Teams Planner And have: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field A minimum of five (5) years experience in desktop and notebook hardware/software support with expertise in scripting and packaging applications A minimum of three (3) years experience providing upper-level support, training, or mentoring for other technology department personnel Experience using SCCM and Intune Experience managing enterprise applications through their lifecycles, preferably Experience working with Windows Server 2019-current version of Remote Desktop Services (RDS) Experience with Microsoft cloud-based applications and computer management tools, preferably Experience with installations and upgrades, training, and technical documentation Experience working with remote communications hardware including wireless networks, firewalls, gateways, routers, and VPN Benefits & Additional Information Successful candidates will be offered a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded for individual and firm performance.
