New York, NY Job Description AI Integration Manager Job Profile About The Role The AI Integration Manager supports Diageo's Commercial Analytics journey by helping to explore, introduce, and begin integrating AI tools into our commercial business operations. This role will focus on piloting and maintaining AI solutions using standardized platforms and frameworks, while ensuring they complement existing processes. The manager will work across teams to surface opportunities, troubleshoot early integration challenges, and support the gradual adoption of AI capabilities across the business. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across Diageo. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities where AI tools can enhance commercial analytics and business operations. Ensure all AI initiatives align with business strategy and contribute to measurable business outcomes Pilot and test AI solutions on standardized platforms, evaluating effectiveness and scalability. Support integration of AI tools with existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to current processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial Analytics, Data & Technology, Commercial Sales) to align on business needs and use cases. Document processes and learnings to help establish early AI frameworks and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI pilots, ensuring reliable performance. Promote adoption by supporting training, communication, and change management efforts. Required Skills And Experience Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can enhance commercial/business outcomes. Experience managing pilots or technology integrations, ideally in analytics, digital, or commercial settings. Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and partner effectively with analytics/IT. Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and cloud tools to support light testing and integration oversight. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Effective communication and change management to drive adoption and trust in AI tools. Passion and expertise in AI technologies and the ability to identify optimal solutions for each situation Preferred / Nice To Have Technical fluency with Python, JavaScript, or HTML for light prototyping, troubleshooting, or collaborating with technical teams. Exposure to AI tools and platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, OpenAI, or similar). Background in analytics, digital transformation, or commercial operations with an interest in emerging tech.
