Overview
Broker Dealer Operations- Phone Representative at Voya Financial. This role supports Voya Financial Advisors’ registered representatives and their clients through inbound phone inquiries, case handling, and transaction support. This position is designated as an essential worker and requires full-time work in our Boston office. Responsibilities
Use a variety of systems and tools to promptly respond to inquiries received via inbound phone lines (e.g., Netx360, Salesforce, Genesys). Serve as a subject matter expert on topics including Operations, Money Desk, Trade Desk, Transfers, Licensing, Compliance, and Sales. Provide information to callers about features of specific products/policies. Complete and verify transactions requested by callers and route to appropriate parties when needed. Capture caller information in the customer management system and follow up to ensure service issues are resolved. Comply with division policies and regulatory requirements; understand and apply company policies, industry initiatives, and legal guidelines. Meet FINRA requirements to retain registration (e.g., annual training, required reporting, and staying current on FINRA/broker-dealer policies). Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience
FINRA Series 7 (must be obtained within 60 days of hire). FINRA Series 63 or 66 (must be obtained within 60 days of hire). At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; experience in the financial industry preferred. Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in lieu of degree. Professional, reliable, and prompt service; ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and multi-task; customer-focused and self-motivated. Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a busy call center environment. Business-driven mindset with a sense of urgency; ability to serve external and internal partners and solve complex situations. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $57,000 - $71,000 (base salary; actual offer may vary by location and other factors). Incentives and additional compensation opportunities may apply.
