Job Description Your Career As a Senior Strategic Analytics and Operations Manager focused on post-sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving our AI transformation with high visibility across the organization. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic, actionable insights that shape business priorities and elevate customer outcomes. This role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can design, influence, and execute high-impact initiatives end-to-end in a dynamic environment that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly inform company strategy and deliver impact at scale.

Your Impact

Apply first-principles thinking to deconstruct complex problems and design pragmatic, high-impact solutions that advance business priorities

Synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights that enable clear, confident decision-making at all levels of the organization

Deliver concise, compelling materials for executive audiences, including business cases and strategic plans that drive measurable outcomes

Partner across functions to align on priorities, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and accelerate initiatives with urgency and precision

Champion innovation and continuous improvement, pushing boundaries with a bias for action while staying anchored in business objectives

Drive AI-enabled initiatives to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and unlock new sources of value

Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects, owning timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring results with visibility and accountability

Qualifications

8 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in top-tier management consulting

Advanced analytical, quantitative, and modeling expertise with ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a track record of influencing and aligning senior leadership

Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives and managing programs that deliver measurable business impact

Collaborative leader and independent thinker; proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Experience in the Enterprise Technology sector is a plus but not required

MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or technical field

Experience with data analysis & visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

The Team & Compensation The Strategy and Business Operations team focuses on critical business challenges to drive and support growth. You will collaborate on complex business and technology problems that are top-of-mind for our executives. The compensation offered depends on qualifications, experience, and location. For candidates offered at the posted level, the starting base salary for non-sales roles or base salary plus commission target for sales roles is expected to be between $153,000 - $247,500 per year.
