Job Summary: Rangeview Inc. is on a mission to build a modern foundry system aimed at reindustrializing America. As the Manager of Facilities, you will oversee the transformation of legacy infrastructure into advanced aerospace foundries, ensuring safe and reliable operations while managing site improvement projects and contractor relationships. Responsibilities: • Serve as the individual accountable for facilities maintenance, operations, expansion, etc. • Develop, plan and execute site improvement projects in support of business objectives and strategy • Manage relationships and facilities initiatives with general contractors, landlords, engineers, and designers • Own strategic preventative maintenance and rapid issue resolution of site assets (i.e. compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, electrical, etc.) • Maintain responsibility over the facility, including coordination of cleaning, landscaping, and site compliance services • Define the facilities roadmap and secure the resources needed to execute it • Manage cross-functional relationships to execute improvement opportunities, ensure alignment of priorities, and relentlessly increase equipment uptime • Develop the data pipelines used to establish, monitor, and improve facility metrics enveloping safety, reliability, and cost Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of experience working in facilities management, construction, or similar industrial setting • 1+ years of experience directing contractors or facilities/construction crews • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners • Experience aggregating and analyzing technical data to make objective, informed decisions • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed • Must be able to establish procedures for providing 24/7 on-call support for critical business activities and emergency situations Preferred: • 3+ years of experience managing third party vendors • 1+ years of experience managing a manufacturing facility • Facilities experience at a high-growth manufacturing company • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts to maximize ROI • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Company: Rangeview transforms CAD files to ready-to-pour molds for the manufacturing industry, ensuring a quick 12-day turnaround.
