Lead and oversee construction projects as a Senior Project Manager in the Wisconsin commercial construction space (industrial, restaurant, retail, medical, assisted living, hospitality, student living, hospital). Manage project scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk to meet client requirements. Provide strong leadership and team management; communicate effectively with stakeholders and negotiate as needed. Make decisions under pressure and solve problems to keep projects on track. Utilize construction management software and ensure compliance with procedures, equipment usage, OSHA guidelines, and building codes. Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes. Hold relevant certifications and licenses as required by project needs. Qualifications
A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry. Proven experience managing construction projects in assisted living, hospitality, student living, commercial, hospital, and retail sectors. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively. Proficient in construction management software. A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred. Must hold relevant certifications and licenses. Benefits
